General conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales transactions concluded by the Hôtel Restaurant Le Saint Hubert with non-tourism professionals. These general terms and conditions form an integral part of the sales contract.
Conditions of the establishment:
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM (on the day of arrival) to 11:00 AM (on the day of departure).
Any departure after 11:00 AM will result in an additional night's stay.
The maximum number of extra beds or cribs per room is one.
Extra beds and cribs are available upon request and must be confirmed by the hotel.
A €12 surcharge will apply for an extra bed.
A €5 surcharge will apply for a crib.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total booking amount on the website and must be paid separately directly to the hotel.
Pets are allowed upon request (a €7.50 surcharge will apply).
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, American Express, Holiday Vouchers, and Restaurant Tickets.
Booking conditions:
To guarantee your reservation, we ask that you provide us with your credit card details or pay us a deposit directly, equal to at least one night's stay.
For multiple nights or multiple rooms, the minimum amount required is 30% of the total amount of the nights booked.
You are kindly requested to arrive at the hotel before 7:00 p.m. and to notify us in case of late arrival.
For reservations requiring a deposit, please note that the reservation is subject to receipt of the deposit within the specified timeframe.
Payment is made in full by the guest on site to the hotel.
Cancellation conditions:
If you use a credit card guarantee, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge for half a night's stay. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge for one night's stay.
If you use a deposit guarantee, the deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
In the event of a no-show, the minimum amount for one night's stay will be charged.
To cancel your reservation, please first notify us by phone at +33 2 54 79 96 60 and then confirm by email at hotel-sthubert@orange.fr.
Cancellation is effective upon receipt of an email from us confirming your reservation. In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning you.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
It is your responsibility to inquire, before placing an order, about any local events such as carnivals, religious holidays, or national holidays that could affect the smooth running of your stay. No complaints regarding this matter may be made subsequently.
Any complaints regarding non-performance or poor performance of the planned services must be reported to us as soon as they are discovered so that we can provide a solution and/or compensation.
After contacting the service, and in the absence of a satisfactory response or in the absence of a response within 60 days, the customer may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details are provided below: Tourism and Travel Mediator - PB 80 303 75 823 - Paris Cedex 17.
